Key Modules: News and Communications
Communication is the key to a Succesful Clinical Trial
The Clinical Study-Portal tools will enhance your options for effective communication to each participant in a clinical study. By introducing the latest in Social Media tools in the Clinical Trial setting, it provides each party in a study with easy-to-use tools to communicate with any other clinical trial participant.
Anybody who has ever worked with tools like LinkedIn will be able to work with the Study-Portal communication tools.
Multi-Study, Multi-group Capabilities
As with all Study-Portal’s tools, the communication toolset is dedicated for Clinical Trial usage. With every News item, you can specify its usage: – for a single study; – for a specific subset of studies, or for all studies. So whenever you create a News-item you can decide on its extent.
And in a second layer, you can decide for which group of Users a communication is intended, like any Site investigator, or any CRO employee, or even a Trial Subject.
You can appoint multiple Users who are able to add or update Content to the Portal’s communication module. And it goes without saying that Users can only add content to studies for which they have been authorized.

Connecting People
The Forum is one of the more powerful features of the communication module. It allows any user to raise a question or raise an issue, while others can comment or supply feedback on it. Anybody who has ever searched the internet and found the solution in a Forum, will appreciate its value.
The Forum can also be a very powerfull medium to enhance Patient motivation in your clinical Trial
