We have established this privacy statement to disclose to users’ and visitors to our site what our information practices are surrounding the collection, use and protection of the personal information you submit to us. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
When visiting the Sites, you remain anonymous; no personal information is automatically collected. However, when you elect to contact us, register an account, and purchase a product, we collect your personal information to complete the transaction. This information includes your name, email and physical address, and phone number. None of the collected personal information is shared with any third parties for their promotional purposes. We use your personal information to set up accounts, fulfill product purchase requests as well as communicate with our users’ with notifications and news of new product offerings.
When you elect to refer a friend to the Sites, share documents or email an article, we collect the third party’s email address to provide this one time service. We do not use this email information for any other purposes and only store it in the interest of keeping track of our referral program.
When users’ elect to provide testimonials, we publish their name, and location as well. Study-Portal obtains the permission of users’ prior to posting to include this information. We have no control over the information users’ elect to include in their testimonials and encourage users to be aware any personal information included within a testimonial may be used to send unsolicited messages to you.
BLOGS
When users’ elect to comment on material, we collect name and email information to complete the request. We do not publish this information. Any personal information included within the comment shall be publically available to any users of the Sites and may be used to send unsolicited messages over which we have no control. We encourage users’ to employ discretion and take no responsibility for any personal information a user may elect to disclose publically.
We may provide online chat support for users. This service is hosted by a third party agent and requires your name and email for record keeping purposes to communicate. None of the collected information is shared, or used by the third party agent for purposes beyond servicing your support request.
CHOICE & OPT OUT
To update, modify or remove your personal information on the Sites entirely, please contact us using the contact information provided within this statement. Alternatively, users may access their registered accounts to and modify their preferences.
